What Runescap skill is the quickest to get to lvl 99?

Here are my levls:

Attack - 60
Strength - 57
Defence - 52
Ranged - 24
Prayer - 39
Magic - 38
Runecraft - 24
Hp - 56
Crafting - 33
Mining - 58
Smithing - 48
Fishing - 60
Cooking - 66
Fire Making - 54
Woodcutting - 60
Combat - 69

Also can you give me tips on how to raise the lvl you think is the quickest to raise.

every stat will take the same amount of experience to get to lvl 99

my combat is lvl 68 & ur stats r nearly like mine =) .. so from my personal experience, ive got 65 mining & 64 woodcutting .. if u want to make alot of money as well as getting a stat to lvl 99, id say pick mining & ur only 2 lvls away from the mining guild which there is HEAPS of coal there & people buy coal 4 heaps .. so if u just keep mining & then either make things out of it or u can just sell it for money .. except it might get boring

or u could do fishing, my fishing is 56 i think, so all i do is go to karamja island & keep fishing swordies & then cooking them & sell .. so u can get ur fishing & cooking up at the same time
