The best place to train is the security Strong hold in the barbarian village. Kill the zombies. It is an easy place to train at. I am currently a lvl 98 and have trained my strenght, from lvl 78 to 81 in there
it is a good place to train, also you could train on the minotaurs in there also.
never give anyone your password, that is reportable. And do not pay them to help you. If you gave someone your account name and password, the next thing you will know you will have to start from nothing. They will and can clean you out.
