Can I beat Jad in Runescape?

Firstly I would like to thank you for taking the time to read this. My question is: Can I beat Jad in Runescape? Here are my stats:

Range: 71
Attack: 76
Strength: 76
Defense: 80 (only 50k from 81)
Health: 79
Prayer: 54
Combat Level: 101

My Plan of Gear:
Veracs Helmet
Karils Top
Veracs Skirt
Snake Skin Boots
Combat Bracelet
Ring of Recoil
Rune Crossbow
Unholy Book
Amulet of Fury
1500 Adamant Bolts

Inventory:
2 ranging potions (4)
50 Diamond tipped (e)
5 saradomin brews (4)
20 super restore potions (4)

You can beat it. I'd replace the ring of recoil for archer's ring, as the melee monsters shouldn't even be doing much damage to you.

Also, black dragonhide, armadyl, or Karil's stuff is what I would recommend over what you have with the Veracs stuff, but I guess it would work.

You might want to get lots of purple sweets or get Guthans when you go.

Is my Runescape account alright? and what do you think i should get up.?

100 Combat
81 Attack
86 Strength
76 Defence (get 80 or 99?)
80 Ranged
60 Mage (hate mage, not getting it any further)
52 Prayer (Got enough D Bones for 70)

Melee Gear

Helm Of Neiznot, Fighter Torso, Rune def, D Legs, D boots, Sara Cape, Ammy str, Zerker Ring, Regen Bracelet, D Scimi/Whip/DDS

Ranged Gear:

Helm Of Neiznot, Full blk d'hide, Rune C'bow, Snakeskin Boots, Bolts.

My 2 favourite skills are range and strength.

So can people help me decide what to get up and how to be effective in pvp, and also some training places u recommend.

Well anyway, I have to say you're better than (and we're like the opposites, i hate range and I love mage lol)

Now to answer your questions, I would go for at first only 80-85ish def (or get 80 then train with whip for a while to get all 3 levels up) If you really want to train def to 99, go for it then.
I would train your def and inbetween levels (or slayer tasks depending on what you are doing to train your def) I would work on your prayer a little with those d bones you say you have. Alternate so you don't get too bored with one task.

As for PVP... i'm clueless, i have never done pvp a day in my life. I would think that defence would be a nice skill to have higher so you don't get hit on as hard... so again just get it up.

as for training, I would either go with slayer tasks, anything you personally like training on that you can kill fast but that have good amount of xp (or that have good drops too, you can never have enough money =P), or go for pest control or soul wars for really quick xp.
