I used to play RuneScape and it was a much better game a year ago. Now it just sucks with all of the updates and safety measures. I suggest not playing those stupid games at all. They might be strategic but still rot your brain. Hurts your back while sitting there all day. I actually had very bad posture but after I stopped playing I worked on my posture and now I stand very straight. I actually gained a couple pounds playing online games. I lost much more than a couple pounds going to the gym instead of sitting at my computer. My grades in school went up as well. If you want entertainment, play games on addictinggames.com for 30 min and then go outside and do something fun.
