need help with runscape gudies?
I am looking for the best runescape gudies that have all info on the following thing... item data base w/ listing where can find them off monsters and locations, monsters with there level and there drops listed on same page, quest with good info on it and maps to all the town's mainly to print out...

I am not a member an i am lokking to train fast and also get good drops e.g. rune weapons, armour not very rearly. a list of the monsters would really help.

No such thing, in f2p you got to do your training and money separate
Money:
Air running is a great way to make money in the free to play area of the game, possibly the best.
What you need to air run:
Quests:
Rune Mysteries

Items:
Air Tiara (45gp at the Grand Exchange)
Rune Essence many as you can afford (39gp each at the Grand Exchange)
What to do:
-Go to a air running world
-Go south of falador to the broken rock (you can enter this wearing your air tiara) go in and you will be in the air temple
-Get someone with a high level runecrafting to assist you
-Craft air runes on the altar (use your rune essence on the altar to do this)
-Go north to the bank in falador and bank your air runes withdraw rune essence and repeat until you have used all your rune essence
-Go sell your air runes and buy more essence if you need more cash!
Training:
I train on moss giants or lesser demons mostly, I prefer lesser demons they are way more xp and its easy to get them just use wind strike to attack them first and you won't have to wait long.
Lesser demons however require a high level in defense over wise you get owned.
Moss giants are probably better for you because they don't hit much and are very inaccurate even on low defense levels, also try the Stronghold
