Runescape Fishing Contest Guide
Runescape questing question. quest spoilers inside.?
How is it possible to finish all of the quests without using a walkthrough guide or help?
For example, In the quest Biohazard you have to throw bird seed on the watch tower to create a diversion to enter west arodougne or in the quest fishing contest. How do you know that you have to put garlic in the tube.
I don't see how you could come up with this on our own because they barely give you a hint or tell you what to do.I feel guilty about using walkthrough sites to finish a quest because I feel as if it was not me who figured it out on my own and I can't forget about it.
So how did you know to dump bird food on it?
Trust me on this, EVERYONE uses quest walkthroughs. There is a QuestHelp system on the RuneScape website that not many people know about. This help system gives you points (I think per week) that you can "spend" and it can give you hints or tell you exactly what to do. The larger the help, the more points you have to spend.
I suppose you have a very logical mind to work this stuff out yourself. It's mainly trial-and-error where you try to do multiple things and hope it works. Also, sometimes when there is a new quest, new items are also released near it, and people can safely assume that it is related to the new quest.
