what do you have to do in order to get the gods power in runescape?
If your talking about using god staff powers then first you need to get through the arena and get the staff and then you have to go into the arena again and use the power 100 times until you can use outside arena (requeires lvl 60 mage)

Strange power unleashes itself on Runescape
How am I supposed to power mine in runescape?!?
I keep trying but it makes no sense!
To power mine you mine the ore and then drop them all. That way you don't have to waste time going to a bank.
So:
Mine Ore.
Drop Ore.
Done. ;P
Be sure to mine and drop whole packs.
Please also be patient. Gathering charms is very time-consuming, and I have found it to be difficult for players under Level 85 or so Combat because the good charm droppers are all fairly high combat levels. I have also found that the best way to get charms is to just do Slayer tasks. As you do the Slayer tasks, you'll get a decent number of charms. In fact, I've gotten nearly all of my charms from doing Slayer tasks.
