Can a non-member obtain skill capes in Runescape at level 99?
i heard a rumor non-members can't get them but what if you took the 5$ trial and them mastered the skill and got the skill cape you desire would you still have the skill cape in your bank or inventory?
just look on their website...
ok... i looked, and u must be a member, but yes you could be a member for a month then equip it, as long as you dont take it off you will keep it on... it will say members item, and you wont get the bonuses, if you do unequip it will stay in your invetory as a members item...
