Hi, i might become a member and i need to know what quest do i haft to do to get a helm of neitiznot. And a fighter torso??? Thank you for your help.

Well to get the Helm of Neitiznot you need to do the quest Fremennik Isles and to do Fremennik Isles you have to do Fremennik Trials. For the Fighters Torso you have to go to the mini-game Barbarian Assault and get 375 points in each role ( Attacker,Collector,Healer,and Defender ). I hope this helps! =)
