Does Jagex (of Runescape) value their gold pieces as In Real Life cash?

Well, if someone we're to hack in the game of Runescape, which is illegal, and they we're to steal the gold, Jagex wouldn't track them overtime because of that, since Jagex doesn't value their gold as actual possession of IRL money, correct?

actually Jagex will track it.

depending on the account, If a person is a paying member and their account was hack, than Jagex will track it, because they don't want to face legal actions.

I am not sure about Free to play.

But Jagex does take any hacking seriously. If the person is caught they can face legal charges
