does runes of magic cost money (not like wow were you must pay)?
Im meaning does it cost money for extra features like runescape? If it has like a cash shop like maplestory thats okay but does it cost money like runescape?
1. yes it is basicly all free has cash shop etc.. BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you must buy items like cash shop items etc... to be good just like maplestory s it isn't really worth it.

Okay, I charged a phone shop for membership for runescape.. I'm scared now cuz I'm pretty sure I'll get caught, is there a way I can cancel it for the company to get the money back??
Get the amount of money you costed them. Submit yourself to them before they find out, apologize, and give them the money back.
Honestly, I don't know what else you could do at this point... but at the least doing this shows you've learned from your mistake and you probably wont do it again. This will probably work better the younger you are.
